What We Cover
Six IT disciplines, one support team
Reactive IT support is a liability. We work prevention-first — monitoring before incidents, maintenance before failures — across the full operational layer of your business technology.
Managed IT Services
Monitoring, patching, backup verification, and incident response handled on your behalf — without needing a dedicated in-house IT team.
Learn moreRemote IT Support
Fast remote support for software issues, connectivity problems, and access requests. Most issues resolved the same session, no on-site visit needed.
Learn moreHelpdesk Services
Structured end-user helpdesk covering password resets, software installs, and account issues — tickets logged and resolved within defined SLAs.
Learn moreServer Management
Provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance of on-premises, cloud, or hybrid servers — OS updates, performance tuning, and incident response included.
Learn moreDatabase Administration
Performance monitoring, query optimisation, backup scheduling, and access control for PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and MSSQL environments.
Learn moreIT Consulting
Infrastructure guidance on cloud migration, vendor selection, disaster recovery, and IT roadmapping — honest advice tied to your actual needs.
Learn moreDeliverables
Operational IT coverage, nothing left unmonitored
Every engagement comes with a written service scope, defined response times, and monthly reporting on what was done and resolved. We work inside your existing tools — Microsoft 365, your RMM, your helpdesk — and document everything we set up.

How We Work
Our IT support process
Good IT support starts with understanding your environment, closing gaps before they become incidents, and building a coverage model that matches how your business actually operates. Seven steps, from onboarding to ongoing operations.
- 01
Environment Audit
We document your current infrastructure: servers, services, databases, user accounts, and backups. You get a written assessment of what exists, what is missing, and where the highest risks are.
- 02
Risk & Gap Assessment
Critical gaps are identified and prioritised: unmonitored services, unverified backups, outdated systems, and single points of failure. A ranked list with honest recommendations.
- 03
Onboarding & Access Setup
We establish access properly: monitoring agents deployed, documentation updated, and escalation paths agreed. Nothing changes in your environment without your knowledge.
- 04
Monitoring & Baseline
Active monitoring is switched on across all agreed systems. Performance baselines are established so we know what normal looks like before responding to anomalies.
- 05
Proactive Maintenance
Scheduled patching, database maintenance, backup verification, and capacity reviews run on agreed cycles. Issues are raised before they become incidents.
- 06
Incident Response
When something goes wrong, response follows a defined process: triage, containment, resolution, and a written post-incident summary. You are kept informed throughout.
- 07
Reporting & Review
Monthly reports covering uptime, incidents, resolved tickets, and maintenance completed. Quarterly reviews for longer-term clients to assess the environment against current business needs.
Why Devlon StedyDesk
An IT team that prevents problems instead of reacting to them
Reactive IT support is expensive: downtime costs more than prevention, emergency fixes cost more than scheduled maintenance, and security incidents cost more than both. Our model is built around catching problems before your team or your customers notice them. We monitor proactively, maintain on schedule, and raise issues to you before they become your problem.
Get a Free IT Audit-
We know your environment before something breaks
Onboarding includes a full environment audit. When an incident happens, we are not learning the environment under pressure — we already know where everything is.
-
Time zones that work in your favour
Our Ahmedabad team overlaps with US, UK, and Canada working hours, and our day covers your overnight. Problems that surface in your evening are often resolved before you open.
-
No ticket black holes
Every ticket has a response time commitment and a visible status. Tickets do not sit unassigned. You always know who owns the issue and when to expect an update.
-
Backups you can actually rely on
We do not just configure backups and assume they work. Restore tests are scheduled and documented. An unverified backup is not a backup — it is a file that might work.
-
Development and IT under one roof
Because we also build software and applications, our IT team understands the full stack. Application-level issues do not get stuck between two vendors pointing at each other.
-
Security is part of the baseline, not an add-on
Access control, patch management, endpoint protection, and audit logging are part of how we manage environments by default — not a separate engagement you need to request.
-
Documentation that belongs to you
Every environment is fully documented: architecture diagrams, runbooks, vaulted credentials, backup schedules, and incident history. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.
-
Honest recommendations, not upselling
If your infrastructure is fine, we will tell you. If something needs to change, we tell you what it costs and whether it is urgent — assessed against your needs, not a product catalogue.
Questions, answered
IT support FAQs
How much does managed IT support cost?
Helpdesk support starts around $500–$1,500/month. Full managed services for a mid-sized business typically runs $2,000–$6,000/month. Consulting engagements start around $1,500 as fixed-fee projects. Every engagement is quoted in writing before work begins.
Can you manage IT for companies in the US, UK, and Canada?
Yes — most of our clients are in the US, UK, and Canada. Remote support and managed services work across any geography. We do not need to be on-site to manage servers, monitor infrastructure, or handle helpdesk tickets.
What is the difference between managed IT services and remote IT support?
Remote support is reactive — you contact us when something breaks. Managed services are proactive — we monitor continuously and resolve many issues before you notice them. Most businesses benefit from both combined.
Can you take over IT support from our current provider without disrupting operations?
Yes. We handle a structured handover: request documentation, audit the environment, and establish monitoring before taking on responsibility. In most cases the transition is invisible to your end users.
Do you manage cloud infrastructure, or only on-premises environments?
Both, and hybrid too. We manage AWS and Azure — EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch — alongside on-premises Windows Server and Linux. Many clients run a mix, and we cover it under a single engagement.
What does database administration actually include in practice?
Performance monitoring, slow query optimisation, index maintenance, backup scheduling, access control, and capacity planning. For growing businesses we also handle scaling decisions — read replicas, partitioning, caching — across PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, MSSQL, and Redis.
How quickly do you respond to IT incidents?
Critical incidents — services down, data at risk — are responded to within one hour. High-severity issues within four hours. Standard helpdesk requests within one business day. Response times are tracked and reported monthly.
Can you help us plan or execute a move to the cloud?
Yes. We audit your environment, map what moves to cloud, identify risks, and produce a written migration plan with timeline and cost estimate. Execution is scoped separately. We do not push cloud migration if your current setup is working.
What RMM and helpdesk tools do you use, and can you work with the tools we already have?
We work with Freshdesk, Zendesk, Jira Service Management, and most common RMM platforms. If you already have tools in place, we integrate with them rather than asking you to switch. Everything we configure is documented.
Do you offer a fixed-price managed services contract or do you bill hourly?
Most engagements are a monthly fixed fee covering a defined scope: servers, users, databases, and service tiers. Helpdesk can be a block of hours or unlimited-ticket SLA. Ad hoc work outside scope is quoted separately.
How do you handle security incidents or suspected breaches?
We triage immediately, contain the damage, preserve evidence, remediate, and deliver a written post-incident summary. For managed clients, endpoint protection and patch management are already baseline — reducing both likelihood and blast radius.
What does the onboarding process look like, and how long does it take?
Onboarding takes two to four weeks. Week one covers access setup and monitoring deployment. Week two establishes baselines and verifies backups. By week four, proactive maintenance is running and you receive a written onboarding summary.
Ready for IT support that prevents problems instead of reacting to them?
Tell us about your current environment, your team size, and what has been causing the most pain. We will come back with an honest assessment of what needs attention and what a managed engagement would look like — usually within one business day.
